Cooking Class | Futures Programme

Last year, we went to Woking to have cookery class for whole day , we had learn a lot of cooking skills , we had made a lot of foods , like Curry with lan to bring it home , lunch we had pizza and in the afternoon we had made scone.


Ingredients for the curry are:

Carrot

Red pepper

Onion

Garlic

Chicken

Frozen corn and peas

Tomatoes sauce   


Ingredients for the pizza and nan are:

Flour

Greek Yogurt


Ingredients for the scone are… flour , butter and milk , we can choose cheese , dry fruit or plan


Cooking skills (knife skills , frying , stirring , chopping)


  1. Chopping skill

  2. Snap skill

  3. Stir and nit the dough

  4. Crumbs make into dough



On the day I had learn how to chop the uncook chicken because I never done this before when I was at Hong Kong, also I learn how to cut the uncook chicken, I felt scared to chop the uncook chicken, it was a good because I can learn new skills.


I’m really enjoyed made pizza for lunch. It can prepare me ready to move into Supporting living next year.
